We are currently looking for a QA Engineer to help scale our quality processes as we rapidly expand our engineering efforts, helping us to continue to focus on creating a great customer experience.
We aspire to build in quality from the very start. From feature inception all the way to maintenance. The role will be responsible for maintaining our high-quality standards and making sure the right tools, talent and processes (conversions) are happening throughout the development process. This include being ingrained culturally. The QA engineer will work in a product feature team, helping other team members to understand and implement quality
You will be a champion and advocate for testing culture. You will have proven, time and time again, the value of introducing the right practices at the earliest possible stage so that planning, estimation, breakdown and release are predictable. You will be experienced in a range of tools and techniques and know quickly the right solution for the problem.
